We run a structured Train → Intern → Hire pipeline. It starts with acquisition and screening (aptitude, technical and communication checks, plus an optional 3-day orientation). Training includes cybersecurity fundamentals, SOC operations, VAPT, cloud security, and AI-assisted security tools, along with daily soft skills sessions. Progress is tracked through weekly tests, projects, and a GitHub portfolio, followed by merit-based internship facilitation and conversion support.
